12 is the magic number – we can cater comfortably for dinner parties for up to twelve. We can do more than that but we would have to add a small additional charge for hiring of crockery and glasses.
Our aim is to take the stress out of your special occasion, we do the shopping, cooking, serving, tidying leaving you to just do the hosting, eating and enjoying.
Event catering and hospitality
We can offer premium mobile catering for corporate guests and sports team hospitality. The cool thing about us is that because we are super organised and do most the prep at HQ we can pretty much cook our menus anywhere.
Dietary needs and allergies
We take great pride in our commitment to ensure that everyone can enjoy our food so can create and adapt menus for all requests and promise it will still be super tasty.
Service and tableware
Enjoy full table service from our hosts and table side chef interaction. Most preparation will be done offsite at Inspires HQ to cause as little disruption on the day as possible. We will just arrive in plenty time to set the table and do the finishing touches.
Consultation and booking
We understand that we are all busy people. When you enquire for a booking Sarah will check the dates and provisionally book you in, then George will call you to chat about the food. If you prefer to just communicate over email or WhatsApp that’s cool too.
On the day
We will arrive about 1-1.5 hours in advance and we aim to be self sufficient, depending on the menu we might need extra heat but will almost certainly need refrigeration.
Where we travel to
We can pretty much go anywhere up to 30 miles (45 minutes) from Buckingham for no fee, over that, up to two hours, a 50p charge per mile each way will be added. Over two hours, we would need to create a bespoke package that would include us having to source locally from the venue, it’s not the easiest, but it’s not impossibleand we like a challenge.
We are not licensed to include alcohol in our menus. We are however very happy to serve you wine from your own collection. If you are putting on an event and you really do want us to provide alcohol we can do so if you obtain a Temporary Event Notice from the local council.
A 25% deposit will be required upon confirmation of the booking with the full amount payable upon completion. Final number will be required 5 days before bookings cancelled before can receive a full deposit refund.
All of prices vary depending on what kind of party you are planning. However we can guarantee you that we are expensive enough that you can be sure we do a really good job, but certainly not more expensive than if you went out for dinner, especially by the time you have paid for drinks, taxi and baby sitters.
